The reason why I am writing this two orders have came I order one the first person came at 1:10 am with a messed up order I paid for my order before you took everything out of the bag one can of Coca-Cola was destroyed and he took two sandwiches out chicken sandwiches I mean after I paid for the order
I was not impressed with the service that particular delivery because he told me that he gave my order to somebody else I paid cash or that particular order the receipt itself was destroyed from the can of Coca-Cola that was broken open....
I have waited for 2 hours for my order when I called customer service I was told that the order I placed at location close to my residence where I live which is on 82nd Street and 123rd Ave
And then the other person came at 1:26 a.m. where I paid again the discounted price of $11.75 which I used debit for that one the date stamped on the receipt is 12/32/2021
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service it's a yes for what I ordered in one sence and no for what I didn't get from the first person that came I may not order again I don't know

The worst customer service in the entire universe !!
Not understanding order , misplaced order , transfer pic up location to the wrong , all this happened in just one week to me!

Nope I haven't heard anything back from pizza 73 its baffling to me how a well established company set up their policies for customers to get refunds or human communication other than someone tacking your order of offering you $10.00 credit for getting harassed and yelled at by an unhappy employee at your own home!!! Is by emailing comments@***3 and I think I got 2 other emails lol that's how much PIZZA 73 CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP DOORS OPEN!!! Thanks for nothing, PIZZA 74 spread the word everyone !!!

Ordered Pizza at 23:34 for Mill woods town Centre Entrance # 1. Its about 50 mins now at 00:24 but I havent received it yet.
Phone etiquette of a person who took the order didnt seem well. I have ordered from pizza 73 hundreds of time.

Another screwed up order
Tried to order a pizza with ONLY mozzarella cheese; the delivered pizza had cheddar cheese.
Called to complain, replacement pizza arrived and it too was mess; wrong crust, very very sparse toppings and certainly not the double ham/double cheese that was ordered.
Called again to speak to the supervisor - got put on-hold for over 30 minutes, and then the line dropped. I guess they didn't want to talk to me, or get any future orders.
I normally order once a week - this is the LAST time.
Save you money DO NOT order from Pizza 73 - the people working there cannot speak or understand English, and the company deserves to go broke.

In-edible pizza 73
Lady (and I use that term loosely) on the phone was pushy and rude, rushing me through my order. Then after telling her my husband would come pick it up she mentioned the delivery charge several times.
What part of "my husband will pick it up" do you not get? Then when the pizza came it was dry, had barely any toppings and 90% of it went to waste. How do you screw up a pizza that bad? The total was extremely high as well.
They claim it's "2for 1" but it's not that at all! They tell you that you have to buy 2 pizzas then they charge you full price for each, what a joke!
