Pizza 73

I was trying to place my order online they advertised bogo deal is ending Oct 27 but last day it was not there when try to call customer care they said its done supervisor was very rude said we dont know its online maybe its done I didnt expect this from pizza 73. Dont do advertise if you cant make your customers happy.

Your store lost my order twice in a row and never delivered my food. When I called to complain about it the first time they offered me a new order at 50% off and the second time basically just said oops, our bad and when I complained, hung up on me.

I will never order from you again.

I work in the industry, we would have paid for a free delivery and food in this situation. Unacceptable problem solving.

Ordered some wings from pizza 73 Sunday morning received my order watching a movie eating wings and then we noticed that the wings were undercooked phoned the customer service line all they said was oh sorry for the inconvenience. Lets give you a $25 credit for your next order like Im gonna o order from them and no concern that they possibly just gave me my wife and my daughter food poisoning they think offering $25.

Credit is a good remedy for possibly now making us get sick and when I complained even more, they hung up on me, asked to speak to a supervisor, who also hung up on me because he didnt want to deal with the situation that they just served us undercooked food. Heres a picture of my wings that we consumed, not knowing that they were undercooked at the point because were watching movie oh and the supervisor also said you shouldve checked the food before you ate it so basically turn it around saying it was our fault that we consumed theyre undercooked food

Dont waste your money, go elsewhere , they used to be ok in a pinch but totally gone downhill, the extra topping was totally waste of money.

I ordered Pizza 73 for my kids at 630pm and was told the order would be ready approx 711pm, at 708pm I get a call that the location had no lettuce and they had to send a driver to get some from another location and my order would be 10 mins later if I was ok waiting , I said sure. Well after several phone calls the food arrived cold at 8:05pm and my donair shell was HARD!!

Hey there, I ordered two large pizzas and 10 wings, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my wings, and the two pizzas were incorrect. They contained items that I am allergic to. (I did specify this in my order.) I am highly disappointed.

The person that answered the phone did not understand english, and when I asked him to repeat it, they still could not repeat it. They still did not understand english. Or be able to speak english, then they hung up on me

I placed an order and my wait time was almost an hour. Ok they are busy - no problem BUT they called when my order was suppose to have already been delivered and said my order "got stuck in the system" and I would have to reorder.

Nope ordered from elsewhere. Never again!

Maybe a discount or free would have made a difference but nothing. Lost another customer!

Had it been earlier then I would have but I refused and ordered elsewhere. A discount or free items may have changed my mind.

Hi my name is Jason, long time customer and father of three hungry boys last night. We ordered pizza from your Spruce Grove location as it is usually our first pic for pizza.

From my house it's a five minute walk, the pizza was two hrs getting to us and ice cold upon arrival.

My kids would not eat it unless it was microwaved. Pizza 73 failed us.

I ordered a small bacon double cheeseburger pizza tonight with a golden crispy wing mean deal with a coke and ginger ale and online it said that my pizza would come here by 1:17am!!! It never came,I never got a phone call from you, and online it said that it had been delivered!!!

What a Lie!!! Now I'm left hungry thanks

On December 23rd. I ordered 40 wings and jalapeño poppers.

Delivery guy tried to give me pizza. I explained he had the wrong order, and expected him to return my proper order. He never returned. I complained to the company, and was told they'd either give me a $30 store credit, or a partial refund.

Refund minus delivery fee and taxes. I excepted the refund, but never received my refund after 12 days. And once again. I'm getting the run around.

Never again! Bloody thrives!

Hello I had ordered a medium pepperoni and bacon pizza, 2 500 ml pops one was suppose to be Coke not diet ,

The pizza was very doughy and I am sorry to complain. But the chicken popcorn was plain when they were suppose to be hot .

I love pizza 73 this time I would like money back or a new order of the same tho regular Coca-Cola , pizza pep and bacon hot sauce as base sauce , and maybe the chicken popcorn with buffulo please ? I am sorry to complain bur i can give the diet back to you the pizza and chicken kids got into theres 4 pieces and 7 chickens left but we like the spicy so if thats possible

Dont bother with pizza 73! Their system will go down and they wont bother letting you know at all.

When you call finally to ask for an update they will ask you to call back in 15 mins and place order again. So hey save yourself time and choose wisely.

I placed a pickup order online. When I got my food home they had messed up one of my pizzas.

I called in and the offered to replace a large half and half with a small pizza but refused to deliver it to me forcing me to go pick it up. A few minutes later they called me back and informed me I had to pack up ALL the pizza I had just brought home to feed my family and drag it back out in the cold (it was all in one box) and to the store with me to prove that they messed up.

Worst customer service ever. I will never order from there again.
